CASE STUDY — 04
Turning a Complex Wellness Practice Into a Clear Digital Journey
Kyra Lober — redesigning Body Being & Heart into a website that guides visitors from first impression to booked session, course, or retreat.

§ 01 / THE CHALLENGE
The Challenge
Body Being & Heart brings together several dimensions of Kyra Lober's work — body-centered wellness, healing modalities, personal sessions, courses and retreats. The digital experience had to communicate something more nuanced than a conventional service business. It needed to feel:
- Human
- Transformational
- Trustworthy
- Experiential
- Easy to navigate
The existing business positioning centers on a body-centered pathway to health and well-being, and includes sessions, courses and retreats.
§ 02 / THE STRATEGY
The Strategy
- Discover
- Connect
- Explore
- Experience
- Take Action
The redesign focused on turning a broad collection of offerings into a clearer user journey. Visual storytelling was treated as an important part of the experience rather than simply decorative imagery.
§ 03 / WHAT I WORKED ON
What I Worked On
Website & UX
- Website redesign
- UX structure
- Navigation planning
- Service/offer organization
- Conversion-focused sections
Story & Design
- Visual storytelling
- Image and video integration
- Brand-aligned design direction
- French-language website planning
- Multilingual content considerations
§ 04 / THE RESULT
The Result
The redesign created a clearer way to introduce visitors to Kyra, explain the Body Being & Heart approach, and guide them toward relevant sessions, courses and experiences.
The project demonstrates how a wellness brand can use storytelling, UX and visual design together — rather than relying on a conventional service-business website.
§ 05 / FOCUS AREAS
Focus Areas
The challenge wasn't simply "make the website look better." It was translating a highly personal and experiential practice into an online experience that visitors could understand and navigate.
